i am a first year MBA student. I have been successful in the field of project management and marketing for the past 7 years.
The economic downturn sent my former employer into bankruptcy which left me unemployed.
I’m holding out for a position in a Fortune 100 company in the Bay Area. There are a few companies that I would kill to work for: Apple, Adobe, Google, Genentech, etc.
I’ve applied on each of their respective websites but have not received any bites. The job market is extremely competitive and posted positions receive hundreds of resumes.
I’m willing to pay a recruiter/consultant a portion of my salary if they are able to find a position for me in a great company, even more if it is within one of my top choices.
Are their recruiters/consultants out there that have these sort of connections in the Bay Area? Where can I find them? Is it realistic to hire someone that has an "in"?
donot waste time and money in that, better log on to moster and dice and apply for the position, keep your resume updated regularly on them and pick all the phone calls.
